Dear Guests,
Registration is now closed for our event this coming Saturday. Here is the timeline of events and we look forward to welcoming you and your guests for our 34th annual Gala!
Timetable
5:00pm - Doors open with complimentary wine and beer bar, hand crafted appetizers, music, and our silent auction.
6:30pm - Guests are seated for the welcome address and the blessing of our meal.
6:45-7:00pm - We begin our Buffet Dinner with an Irish themed meal catered by McBob's (buffet items listed below)
7:30pm - Silent Auction closes
7:45pm - Dessert Table opens and we begin our evening program with dancing from Glencastle School of Irish Dance, Irish ballads sung by one of our parents, an alto from Co. Tipperary, and two live auction items (more on the live auction items in next week's email!)
9:00pm - Final blessing and check out for our silent auction
After the official program ends you are welcome to stay for dancing and socializing as the bar will remain open.
Silent Auction Request Letter for Businesses - This letter outlines the request and provides the necessary details to the donor
Donation and Advertising Form - A business must complete this form required by our auditors indicating the donated item(s), value and where we should send the tax deductible receipt
Supporting Document - This is an attractive flyer that provides important updates on our school and campus and how we provide an excellent private education for 34% less than the average public school district in Wisconsin!
